The Order of Victory (Russian: Орден “Победa”, Orden “Pobeda”) was the highest military decoration in the Soviet Union, and one of the rarest orders in the world. The order was awarded only to Generals and Marshals for successfully conducting combat operations involving one or more army groups and resulting in a “successful operation within the framework of one or several fronts resulting in a radical change of the situation in favor of the Red Army.” In its history, it has been awarded twenty times to thirteen Soviet leaders and five foreign leaders.

I have had my original poster professionally scanned and I felt it would make the idea t-shirt.

Church Typeface

During my daily visits to the city centre, I’ve always walked past this beautiful church with fantastic geometrical windows, I wanted to capture their beauty and apply their look and design to something else. It took a while but once I had some free time I was able to turn the windows into a beautiful typeface.

Part of my Final Major Project and a typeface I created to tie in with the whole Steganography idea.

Its formed from shapes which would fit in with the other all aesthetic of the design without being apparent unless the 3D Glasses were used.

I hate Self-Service Machines.

Recently I was in a supermarket and an old pensioner wasn’t able to use the Sainsburys self-service machine.. she didn’t feel comfortable with it.. but yet. Staff were telling her you have to use the machine its quicker.. I don’t like the tactics of Sainsburys to increase profits, reduce overheads and remove the element of customer service. with the rate of progression of these machines, what would happen if the was an EMP in 20 years the whole country would be in panic.
